David Hoisington and Mike Clopp are the owners of Complete Roofing Systems located in the small town of Sugar Grove, Pennsylvania. Our offices sit just below the border of New York, which means we are 10 minutes away from Lakewood and Jamestown and about 20 minutes from Warren, Pennsylvania.

This is exciting news for you because it means we are serving both states on a daily basis. We offer roof repairs, full roof replacement, Roofmax repair products, and gutter work as well.

Both Mike and David have been in the construction industry for a combined 30-plus years. They met while they were bidding on the same job and actually Mike got the job and David did not. David decided to reach out to Mike to tell him that he had the materials in stock and that if he needed anything to let him know. That was the seed planted, and in 2019 Complete Roofing Systems was born.

The support and selflessness that brought these two together are a huge part of the foundation of their company. They truly enjoy the work they do and are very passionate about being the best in workmanship and customer service, which makes them stand out from other roofing companies in the area.

Hello, I am David Hoisington, Co-Owner of Complete Roofing Systems and the founder of All Weather Seamless Gutters. My wife Ashley and I live in Warren, PA with our Saint Bernard, Ayda. In our free time, we love boating and soaking up the sun on the Kinzua Reservoir. You usually can find us traveling, doing anything outdoors, or spending time with our friends and family! I also enjoy and spend a lot of my time hunting and fishing. I have been working in this industry for over 20 years and started my first business AWS 15 years ago. Working is one of my biggest passions and I am proud of our team here at CRS.

My name is Michael Clopp! Everyone calls me Mike. I am the Co-Owner of Complete Roofing Systems and All Weather Seamless Gutters. I have a wonderful wife, Jill Clopp, and two sons, Isaac and Jacob. Isaacs is in college and Jacob is in middle school. In our spare time, we go fishing as a family on our boat and sometimes with my good friend David. I also, enjoy hunting with my son, Jacob. I have been in the construction industry for over 12 years. I had my own company Complete Construction for 8 years.

Hello! My name is Selesta DeSimone. I am the Office Manager here at Complete Roofing Systems and All Weather Seamless Gutters. Most of you speak to me when you inquire about a project! truly enjoy this company and the people I work with. Some interesting things about me! I grew up in the Warren County area. I have an amazing boyfriend, Jeremy Blum and he has a son Ridgley. In our spare time, we like to go to do things as a family. Every year we go to the beach as a family, which is my favorite place. We are a big sports family. n our spare time we watch Ridgley play his sports Basketball, Baseball, and Soccer and then we love watching our favorite teams Duke- Basketball, Cleveland Browns & Penn State- Football.
